The newest member of the Rim Rock Engineering team. Jared has over 30 years of engineering design and construction experience. His construction experience comprises all phases of building from site development and excavation to framing, flooring and finish carpentry. Jared holds a B.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University. Since moving to Las Vegas in 2001, Jared has been the Principal Engineer of Record on over 300 projects including commercial retail, office and warehouse buildings, single and multi-family residential buildings, miscellaneous structures, towers, site walls and civil structures. Jared is professionally licensed as a Civil Engineer in Arizona, Nevada and Utah and holds a current NCEES Record, which simplifies the process for reciprocity registration in additional states.
Founding partner and principal engineer of Rim Rock Engineering. Russ has been engineering and designing locally in the Las Vegas Valley for the past seventeen years, with 20+ years total experience. His engineering experience includes residential tract and custom homes, towers, masonry/concrete site-walls and civil structures. Russ’s attention to detail and “client first” mentality has translated to significant cost savings for developers and contractors alike. Russ holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University where he was the recipient of numerous academic/leadership scholarships. He is professionally licensed as a Civil Engineer in California and Nevada, and is an active member of the Nevada Society of Professional Engineers.
Founding partner and principal engineer of Rim Rock Engineering. Todd has over 20 years of engineering and design experience and has been involved with the Las Vegas Community since 1998. He has vast experience in multi-family design including two to three story apartments, condos and townhomes. In addition his experience includes, residential tract and custom homes, commercial buildings, and mechanically stabilized earth site-walls. Todd holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University. Todd has developed many in-house design programs that streamline the engineering process. He is professionally licensed as a Civil Engineer in California, Nevada and Arizona, and is an active member of the National Concrete and Masonry Association.
