Description: The multiple attached and detached buildings of this project combine to approximately 86,000 total sq.ft. of retail space, including three major buildings for a strong, anchored retail center. Located at the intersection of two main thoroughfares, these buildings boast large parapets and signage towers, elegant shade canopies and trellises, and plenty of store-front to attract customers. During construction, ownernegotiated lease options required multiple architectural and structural revisions with tight deadlines. Working closely with the architect and contractor we were able to provide economical designs with a quick turn-around.
